We’ve got a couple of violent child rapists that will be wandering around San Diego County if the State Department of Mental Health gets its way.

Superior Court Judge David Gill will consider freeing David Chambless and Gary Snavely right here in San Diego County.

They would be living at 45612 Old Highway 80 near Jacumba.

That’s a mile and a half away from a grade school.

These guys will also frequent “treatment” in downtown San Diego…

So expect these child rapists to be zigzagging all over San Diego County if they’re freed.

THAT is not comforting.

Chambless, 47, was convicted of molesting two girls in 1989 and served 16 years in prison. He was known to the family and was babysitting one of the children when she was assaulted. Authorities said Chambless sexually assaulted both girls and showed them pornography. Snavely, 45, was convicted of molesting two girls in Orange County in 1986 and served three years behind bars. He forced the girls to undress and sexually molested them.

These so-called mental health experts who want these men lurking around town need their own checkups.

Never in our lifetime have we been so close to having a separatist in the White House.

Sen. Barrack Obama’s friend/former pastor/spiritual advisor/father figure/mentor is someone who just won’t stop.

It’s one thing to have a friend that differs with you on political beliefs… It’s another thing to have an anti-American radical literally directing your life and career.

People say Karl Rove is Bush’s brain. Well, Wright is Obama’s.

Wright IS a segregationist. He IS a racist.

He DOES make his money– and a lot of it– on race-baiting… On encouraging radical, untrue, hateful propaganda.

What could be the future leader of the free world is screamin’ “AMEN, BROTHER!” to such interesting antics as this:

“In the 21st century, white America got a wake-up call after 9/11/01. White America and the western world came to realize that people of color had not gone away, faded into the woodwork or just ‘disappeared’ as the Great White West kept on its merry way of ignoring black concerns.”

“(Jesus’) enemies had their opinion about Him… The Italians for the most part looked down their garlic noses at the Galileans.” (After calling Jesus’s crucifixion “a public lynching Italian style” executed in “Apartheid Rome,” he goes on to claim that white supremacists run the U.S. government:) “The government runs everything from the White House to the schoolhouse, from the Capitol to the Klan, white supremacy is clearly in charge…”

For crying out loud, Mitt Romney literally got just as much flack as Obama just for being a Morman…

Just imagine a Republican frontrunner had someone as extreme as Wright…

Just imagine if someone like Fred Phelps was the GOP nominee’s friend/pastor/spiritual advisor/father figure/mentor!

But no, you can’t make that comparison. How dare I point out a double-standard?

“We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and The Pentagon, and we never batted an eye… and now we are indignant, because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought back into our own front yards. America’s chickens are coming home to roost.”

Wright doesn’t try to explain quotes like this, and neither does Obama… According to them, their church is perfectly normal!!

They deflect by saying the Trinity Baptist Church is just about Jesus.

Birds of a feather, Senator Obama… I don’t know what kind of skewed Bible you and your pal are reading, but it’s certainly not the same one the majority of Americans are familiar with.

Moreover… Let’s take a gander at a sampling of Obama’s roster of support:

Louis Farrakhan, Hamas, Al Sharpton, William Ayers, Jane Fonda, Michael Moore, George Soros, Jimmy Carter, MoveOn.org…

Is it a good idea to bring the F-bomb into the professional world of politics?

First, Mayor Jerry Sanders drags his personal issues into the limelight of the City of San Diego by going in front of TV cameras and reporters… he blubbers, sniffles, and cries about his daughter being gay.

Then, in the typical fashion of a sold-out politician, he changes his position on a major policy issue.

Oh, and how can we forget about our Mayor telling us that the The Library of Congress is completely wrong in listing the City of San Diego as a SANCTURY CITY, even though it’s CLEARLY reported as such in the San Diego Police Department Policy.

So, there was a mayoral debate over the weekend. At the end of the rather normal debate, mayoral candidate Steve Francis went to shake Sanders’ hand, only to be publicly snubbed.

By several accounts, he did his best to avoid Francis… and then told Francis to go F___ himself.

Well, Mayor ‘boo-hoo’ Sanders confirmed it yesterday… According to the Union Tribune;

‘ Sanders confirmed the exchange in an interview Wednesday after a local blogger wrote that Francis had told him that the mayor had said, “F— you, Francis.” (Sanders corrected the account only to say he used the first name, not the last.)

“I am really tired of people thinking we should be buddies,” Sanders said. “People expect us to just shake hands and be buddies. I’m not going to do that. That’s the height of hypocrisy.” ‘

Now… Is Mayor ‘My daughter’s gay!’ Sanders going to apologize? Not exactly… This was the best he could do:

“I’m sorry that it hurt his feelings and he felt he had to tattle to everybody but I’m not sorry for what I said.”

So, we decided to call Mayor Sanders on this controversy this morning… And this is what we got!

Everyone knows of what has got to be the most famous, patriotic image from WWII that shows five U.S. Marines and a U.S. Navy corpsman raising the American flag during the battle of Iwo Jima in 1945.

It is a moving image that embodies America’s selflessness and sacrifice… and the cost of freedom.

But Time doesn’t see it that way. They see “red, white, and blue as the new green”. That’s according to their editor…

The cover of the April 21st issue of Time took the Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima photograph by Joe Rosenthal and replaced the flag with an evergreen.

I’m all for stupid people saying stupid things… but this goes beyond the pale.

This isn’t a First Amendment issue.

This is an issue of vandalism: This is no better than burning the American flag.

You may as well spray paint something like ‘global warming is the real issue’ on the National WWII Memorial… or tear out part of the Vietnam Veteran Memorial Wall to make room for a statue of Al Gore.

Rick Roberts is officially calling on CPS to take away Rachel Silva’s children before she gets them killed.

Mrs. Silva has a history of putting her children in danger by drinking behind the wheel and doing drugs.

Her latest illegal actions forced a police officer to defend himself and his wife by shooting at the car she was driving illegally and recklessly. Make no mistake; Mrs. Silva was using her car as a weapon.

Let me make this clear: SHE WAS A THREAT. SHE PUT HER CHILD IN THIS SITUATION. SHE WAS THE CONTINUOUS AGGRESSOR. The police officer was defending himself and his family.

This shooting, that has had so much media attention, is actually the “side story” in my opinion.

The more important story is this so-called mom and her neglect of her children.

She clearly has a big problem, and her drugs and drinking are endangering you, me, and her children.

And therefore CPS should take them away immediately.

What else does she have to do?

This “MOMMY” is a skilled liar, especially when it comes to using her children as an excuse for her illegal acts.

Rachel Silva has two previous DUI convictions, was driving on a suspended license at the time of the shooting.

According to Riverside County court records, Silva was arrested in April 2007 when a sheriff’s deputy found her slumped behind the wheel of a 2000 Mazda 626, apparently after a crash in Temecula. Both front tires were flat, and both air bags had opened. A partially full bottle of tequila and a small amount of marijuana were found in her car. Her 1-year-old son was unharmed in the back seat.

Silva told the deputy, according to court records, that her son had stopped breathing while she was at a friend’s house, and she was rushing him to the hospital when she went off the road. The deputy reported that she used profanity when talking to him. The boy was turned over to his father at a nearby hospital. Court records say she had a blood alcohol level of 0.12, 50 percent above the legal limit of .08.

Silva pleaded guilty in April 2007 to a felony charge of child endangerment and misdemeanor DUI, and received three months’ probation. She received a second DUI in December in Oceanside when an officer found her slumped over the wheel of a car on Horne Street, court records say.

Silva has denied being intoxicated when the shooting occurred. Police have not released the results of alcohol and drug tests she was given. White was not tested.

***** UPDATE: SILVA WAS DRUNK DURING THE TIME OF THE SHOOTING…ALMOST TWICE THE LEGAL LIMIT.

VISTA – Rachel Silva had a 0.15 blood-alcohol level and tested positive for marijuana after she and her 8-year-old son were shot …

A 0.15-blood alcohol level is nearly twice the legal limit for driving.

In an interview, Silva denied she had been drinking or was high before the incident. She was driving on a suspended license as a result of two previous DUI convictions. She has not given a statement to police.

In the affidavits, police said officers and paramedics at the scene smelled alcohol on Silva’s breath and so did a doctor at the hospital.

A marijuana pipe containing residue was recovered from the pocket of the hooded sweatshirt she was wearing, police said.

During the most recent situation with Silva, she said the reason she was behind the wheel on a suspended license was because her child had to be picked up and cared for and since she is the only one there to care for him… blah blah blah… once again playing that mom sympathy card.

The question is: are you buying it?

I’m not.

And I don’t think CPS should either. Take those kids away. NOW!

In doing what politicians do best but what democrats do better, Obama decided to, once again, take a page from his liberal(socialist) ‘I hate fly-over country’ playbook. During a fundraiser in San Francisco he told a like-minded crowd:

“You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them,” Obama said. “And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations,” he said.

Obama… You say “guns or religion” like it’s a bad thing… And one more thing…

“Anti-immigrant.” I hate it when the media and liberals say that… “ANTI-Immigrant”?! Come on. There’s a big difference between an “immigrant” and “illegal alien”.

I would LOVE for Barrack Obama to explain some relevant instances of regular, religious, gun-owning conservatives being against people moving into this country the honest, law-abiding way. But I digress…

So what if there are a lot of Americans that “cling on to” guns and religion? Isn’t that part of the foundation of our great nation?!

Ooops, no, I forgot. Obama doesn’t believe in that.

This man who is supposedly so much like John F. Kennedy believes that as Americans we should NOT ask what we can do for our country, but rather, what our country can do for us. Literally.

Have you actually heard exactly WHY Obama incesivly mentions “HOPE” in his speeches? He said that his main intent is to inspire Americans to “demand more from their government.”

That’s right: More handouts! More welfare!

Hard work? No… hard work is just the “typical white person” keeping everyone down!

I hate that entitlement mentality.

She went around to several Pennsylvania and Indiana rallies touting her “Midwestern values and an unshakable faith in America and its promise,” all while taking stage to the song “Small Town” by John Mellencamp.

She told stories of her childhood huntin’ days with her father, how she was born and raised a Midwest girl from a churchgoing family…

Granddaughter of a factory worker that started work when he was only 11…

She took shots of whiskey and drank beer and ate pizza with the boys… oh yeah, she’s just like you and me.

So, add this to her roster of Hill’s different facades:
The redneck woman!

After all this was said and done, Hillary and Obama sat down at the Faith in Public Life’s Compassion Forum to discuss how God supposedly “anchorsâ€� their lives.

(Can anyone say… hypocrisy?)

But no one can put “liberal democrat” and “habitual lying” into the same sentence without being called a racist or sexist…
