We knew from the start that the Tea Party was more than a one year blaze-and-fade. The Tea Party is the reemergence of this generational movement that is America. One of my favorite quotes from Benjamin Rush in 1787:
There is nothing more common than to confound the terms of the American revolution with those of the late American war. The American war is over: but this is far from being the case with the American revolution. On the contrary, nothing but the first act of the great drama is closed.
The American War is long over, but the Revolution lives on still today. This debt deal was a set back, but we can't give up on the fight for liberty, free markets and free people.
