One of the Supreme Court cases this session is Douglas v Independent Living Center of Southern California. Among other things, this case deals with the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.

Just last week we talked about how each state is its own sovereign, autonomous, separate state and now here we are talking about how every law from the Federal government is the SUPREME law of the land? Which is it, Slater?!
