Briana Bilbray is the daughter of republican congressman Brian Billbray. Briana is a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against the federal government's recent move to close down profit making dispensaries.
The 25-year-old is a cancer survivor and says medical marijuana should not only be legal in California but nationwide.
Congressman Bilbray opposes medical marijuana at all levels.
