I hope your "Occupy: The Couch" this Thanksgiving was a success!
If you were a part of the 1% of Thanksgiving producers who worked all week making sure the 99% of Thanksgiving moochers had a nice meal, THANK YOU! We wouldn't have had Thanksgiving without you!
Especially if you were in the Thanksgiving 1%, you're busy and stressed and tired I'm sure, and talking about politics is the last thing you want to deal with, but, it we check-out now, come January 1, we're going to look around and wonder what's going on and why we're so far behind.
We need to use these next 4 weeks as our last opportunity to learn and prepare so we can hit the ground running on January 1 and create some positive, conservative change in local, state and national elections.
This morning I outlined 5 simple points that are easy to remember and easy for other people to understand. I think these will help you spread the word to your friends, family and co-workers:
1) We are against the bank bailouts. We are against ALL bailouts.
2) What's been going on since 1940 is NOT capitalism.
3) We don't want to make a certain few people richer. We want EVERYONE to be richer.
4) We're not against equality. We're against forced economic equality.
5) Liberty is a gift from God. (Liberty is the absence of force)
These are the 5 points that if we really focus on the next few weeks, I think we can get to Christmas better than we are today and slingshot out of the gate together come January 1.
I went into some more detail on these 5 points at 8:00. These will be the theme of shows until Santa finally gets here:

Which is a cooler invention; the Pedal Pub or this.
And finally, here is the source for today's Fact of the Day:
"Comparing the Fortune 500 companies in 1955 and 2011, there are only 67 companies that appear in both lists. In other words, only 13.4% of the Fortune 500 companies in 1955 were still on the list 56 years later in 2011"
