I love looking for the unintended consequences of government programs, especially the ones that on the surface look like such a no-brainer!

Chris Reed did a great job of outlining why government mandated smaller class sizes can actually result in a worse education.

We outlined the argument at 8:00 this morning and heard from a few teachers as well!

We also talked this morning about the federal judge who saved you money at the pump and the assemblywoman from Oakland who saved herself money at the register...by shoplifting. But it's okay, the brain tumor made her do it!
