If we magically (as in, for free, and really free, not "federal money" free) could have a new Charger stadium, I think everyone would think that's just dandy. The million dollar question is, where do we get a billion dollars to pay for it?
Sanders is against raising taxes for it. So am I. Any other ideas?
How about the pay-to-play visa? They might use it in Oakland to pay for part of their new Coliseum.
What in the world is a pay-to play visa? I had no idea. Until we talked to Dave Keller, the CEO of Empyrean West, an EB-5 consulting company.
Do you think we should use the EB-5 visa program to fund a new stadium? What downsides do you see to the EB-5?
