The state assembly passed AB 1172 on a party line vote. This bill will make it harder for charter schools to be created in California, because, why should you have ANY options on where your kids should go to school? That's ridiculous. (Insert sarcasm font here)

The president of the CA Charter School Association gave us the details of this bill.
