SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Four animals are safe Thursday after being trapped inside a Serra Mesa home that caught fire.
The fire started around 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 3300 block of Ruffin Road. A neighbor grabbed a garden hose to try to put it out.
