Assemblyman Roger Dickinson talks about wasteful health districts

There is nothing more permanent than a temporary government program. 

Mike talked to Assemblyman Roger Dickinson (D-9) about his investigation into wasteful health districts in California. While the idea was to originally make sure there were hospitals located in various areas, when they were called hospital districts. 

Now being called "health districts", it allows the money to be used for yoga classes, rock climbing walls and a whole lot of administrative costs. Barely any money ever goes to hospitals.
