Fast and Furious caused the President to evoke Executive Privilege... but he supposedly didn't even know about Fast and Furious, so how is he evoking Executive Privilege?

Joining the show today was Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) who is currently the vice chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security. Before serving in Congress, he was a Judge in Smith County, Texas.
