San Diego's biggest event of the year - Comic Con- begins its four day run at the convention center Thursday.

Thousands of pop-culture fans will be flooding the downtown area, bringing a huge boost for local businesses.

In this video report, Mike Slater from 760 KFMB talks about ways to bring other big events to America's Finest City.
