Assemblyman Brian Jones explains what makes something "Made in the USA" according to CA

If you heard the Tony Maglica interview yesterday, you heard that the state of California won't let him call his flashlights "Made in America", because the light bulbs in them aren't made in America, which he can't even get in America!

Assemblyman Brian Jones joined us this morning to talk about the bill that was introduced, but struck down that would have allowed businesses like Maglite to have the same ability to call their products "Made in America", which they would be able to in almost every other state!
