Man hit by cement truck near Mesa College

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A man was taken to a hospital after being hit by a cement truck Thursday morning.

It happened just before 8 a.m. near the football stadium at Mesa College. For some reason, the truck veered into a ditch.
