SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The daughter of a La Jolla man murdered more than 30 years ago is fighting to keep his killer behind bars.
Prominent La Jolla attorney Richard Crake was killed at his home back in 1981. But now the hired hitman who killed him has been granted parole, and could soon be released back into the community where the victim's family still lives.
