VISTA (CBS 8) - A 39-year-old mother of three accused of killing her husband remains behind bars Tuesday.
During a court hearing Tuesday, a judge refused to lower the $2 million bail set for Julie Harper.
Prosecutors say she killed her husband Jason Harper, who was a geometry teacher at Carlsbad High School. His body was discovered inside the couple's home August 7. Julie Harper was arrested the next day.
