SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - News 8 has learned that a disabled attorney who targeted San Diego businesses will be disbarred.

Theodore Pinnock sued dozens of businesses in Julian, claiming poor accessibliity for disabled people. Now he has landed himself in trouble.
