SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Some residents are displaced Monday after a fire ripped through an apartment building in Carlsbad.
The scary moments are captured on home video as residents were evacuating. Neighbors grabbed fire extinguishers and called 911 as smoke poured out of an apartment.
It took 45 firefighters about 15 minutes to put the flames out.
Firefighters say residents living in six units have been displaced and they estimate the damage at just under $1 million.
