Diver rescued in Mission Bay - San Diego, California Talk Radio Station - 760 KFMB AM - 760kfmb

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A diver in distress is hospitalized after being rescued by San Diego lifeguards in Mission Bay.

It happened just before 8:30 Sunday night at West Mission Bay and Ventura Street Bridge. Lifeguards say a man was free diving when he ran into some trouble.

Paramedics performed CPR on him as he was rushed to the UCSD Medical Center.

No word on his condition.
