CHULA VISTA (CBS 8) - Some Chula Vista residents are protesting the removal of a sound wall that protects their homes from the traffic on the South Bay Expressway.
The temporary wall was installed three years ago, but now it's coming down and residents are worried their homes will be flooded with noise and headlights at all hours of the day.
News 8's Steve Price files this video report from Chula Vista to explain the problem.
