Street-racing crash knocks out power overnight - San Diego, California Talk Radio Station - 760 KFMB AM - 760kfmb

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Power is expected to be restored Friday for about 60 SDG&E customers, who lost power after a street-racing crash.

Two cars filled with teens were reportedly racing on Clairemont Dr. near Balboa Ave. One driver lost control and wiped out a power transformer. The other stopped and picked up passengers from the accident.

Two teens were arrested and alcohol is believed to be a factor.

SDG&E estimates power will be fully restored by 4:00 p.m. Friday.
