Pirate store tutoring students?

A group of people had an idea to start a tutoring center for aspiring-writers. They front it as a store selling pirate supplies, and then they tutor kids and publish a weekly newspaper!

This is a great lesson for the Republican party. Don't change your message, just change the way you convey it! Programs like this teach people that they don't need the government to provide everything!
