SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A Mission Hills man paralyzed by a falling palm tree is speaking out about his lawsuit against the city.

Michael Burke has filed an $8 million lawsuit, claiming the City of San Diego is to blame for the palm tree falling on his legs. Burke says it's not all about the money though. He wants to make sure it doesn't happen again.
