Tejinder Singh of scotusblog.com and the favorite guest on the Mike Slater Show, joined us this morning to talk about the recent events in the Supreme Court concerning Prop 8 and DOMA.

Correction: Tejinder emailed us later, and said the following:
During today's interview, Mike asked me to identify a citation for the Supreme Court's 1967 statement that homosexuals were "persons afflicted with psychopathic personality." I said that I thought it was a concurring opinion from Loving v. Virginia, but that's wrong. The actual case is Boutilier v. Immigration and Naturalization Service, a case that dealt with who could be excluded from the United States. I'm sorry for the error.
Don't worry, Tejinder. We still love you.
