SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Snowfall has created a winter wonderland on our local mountains.
The snow came with the cold front that swept over San Diego last week. In addition to the powder, the roads are freezing over above 5,000 feet.
California Highway Patrol is requiring chains at Old Highway 80 and Sunrise Highway.
County and Caltrans are using snow plows to clear the roads.
