SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Friday is the American Heart Associaton's 10th annual National Wear Red Day. Here at CBS 8, we're wearing red to support the fight against heart disease.

Buildings all over San Diego are also lit up for the month of February.

Heart disease is the number one killer of women, with one in three women dying from it every year. Knowing your risks is key in fighting the disease.
