
SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - On Wednesday, the California Fish and Game Commission approved a study that could land the great white shark on the state's endangered species list.
Although three environmental groups presented data showing the white shark count is dwindling, the idea of protecting the ocean's top predator is creating controversy.
