Parolee escapes from custody in Chula Vista - San Diego, California Talk Radio Station - 760 KFMB AM - 760kfmb

CHULA VISTA (CBS 8) - A police dog tracked down a registered sex offender who escaped from the custody of state parole officers in Chula Vista Wednesday.

Police say the man was on the run for about 30 minutes before the dog found him.

During that time, authorities say he had taken off his ankle monitor and hidden in some bushes.
