SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A retrial for the man originally convicted of murdering 12-year-old Stephanie Crowe has been rescheduled.
Richard Tuite's conviction for Crowe's 1998 murder was reversed in a federal appeals court. He's now being retried for voluntary manslaughter.
In a hearing Friday morning, a judge postponed the second trial until October.
Tuite will be back in court for a status conference in May.
