EL CAJON (CBS 8) - A local man accused of raping two women is being held on $1 million bail.
Thirty-seven-year-old Sean Banks was arrested last month, accused of raping a woman in her 20s that he met on the dating website Christian Mingle.
Prosecutors filed new
charges Friday, involving another alleged rape. A second woman has come forward alleging Banks raped her in 2009. He has also been charged with
attempting to intimidate a witness.
Banks faces 44 years to life in prison if convicted on all charges.
