Bronze plaques, century-old pillars restored in Mission Hills - San Diego, California Talk Radio Station - 760 KFMB AM - 760kfmb

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Residents in Mission Hills are celebrating the return of some familiar landmarks Wednesday.

Six bronze plaques have been installed on the restored Inspiration Heights pillars along Sunset Boulevard. The original century-old plaques were stolen in 2011.

The restoration project was organized by Mission Hills Heritage, and the plaques were funded by San Diego City Councilman Kevin Faulkner's office.
