
SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A new continuing education building on the campus of Mesa College is officially open for business.
School administrators held the grand opening ceremony on Wednesday. The 3,800-square-foot building will serve about 5,000 students. It will be used for adult education classes, including English as a Second Language and vocational training.
The facility cost $21.5 million to build. It was paid for with funds from Propositions S and N.
