Monarch Schools making a difference in homeless kids' lives

This week, a push is being made in Sacramento for a "Homeless Bill of Rights" that allows the homeless to be able to sleep on the streets and panhandle. 

 

Helping the poor means letting them live on the streets and beg? 

 

We prefer the Monarch School approach. They are making a difference in over 300 homeless kid's lives by stopping the cycle and educating them for a brighter future.
