Ayyeppen has actively led the growth of Keste since its inception in 2004.  He is involved in the management of the company and has continually developed new practice areas and service offerings. He also oversees the business transformation of Keste customers leveraging solutions though state-of-the-art enterprise architecture initiatives. His responsibilities include business development, solutions and strategy evangelism.

"We are very proud that Sri is an award winner – a recognition of his work at Keste since co-founding the company," said Howard Moore, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Keste. "It's great to see Sri recognized as a business leader and a community leader."

The Dallas Business Journal started its Minority Business Leader awards program in 2008 to highlight ethnic minorities who are corporate executives with high levels of responsibility at their companies. Winners must also play a strong leadership role outside their jobs in their communities. Past honorees have included college presidents, retail executives, lawyers, IT company founders, health care executives and educators.

In 2012, Ayyeppen was a finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. He was also named an Oracle Deputy CTO in 2010. Oracle Deputy CTOs are considered strong trusted advisors that participate with Oracle on strategy and leadership conversations. Sri is actively involved in community organizations in Texas and India.
