Fluffy Chicken Pie in 6 Minutes


  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs - separated


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Heat soup and cheese on stovetop in sauce pan until cheese melts
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool
  4. Beat egg whites until stuff peaks form
  5. Add yolks to cooled chese mixture
  6. Fold in egg whites
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes - the soufflé will puff up while in the oven and fall when served
