Will this story put laws into place?

Posted: Updated:

In a story on "60 Minutes," author Michael Lewis claims that Wall Street has transformed into a conduit where people who do the actual trading of stocks, bonds, etc., on the market are making fractions of a penny at millions of trades per second. This claim also stipulates that offers for tickets, for example, on StubHub, will display $20/ticket. You choose that, but in a matter of seconds, by the time you're ready to checkout, the price goes out without your knowledge.

Follow AM 760's Armstrong & Getty as they decipher how this industry has changed for the better in regard to straight-up greed and how they should go back to paper trading.
