NEW YORK, June 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DOX®, one of SGP International Inc.'s flagship software applications, is gearing up to begin a national marketing campaign this fall. It is already capturing the attention of several big name commercial lenders in New York City. SGP arranged limited previews of the document compliance software recently at select firms to gauge interest and solicit feedback. Designed to automate the tracking of customer deliverables for loan portfolios, the DOX® application delivers a superior product that adheres to stringent servicer guidelines for collateral management.
In a poll of lenders and servicers conducted by SGP in 2013, many respondents recognized the trend of increased regulatory scrutiny in the current financial services environment. Document compliance monitoring done manually and without robust reporting support was considered a deficiency. This led SGP to revisit the original DOX® product first released in 1998. In the ensuing months, the software was expanded to address this and also to incorporate other market feedback. This culminated in the current release, which is scheduled for a full rollout later this year.
