Comcast representative baited customer belligerently

A customer service representative from Comcast's internet service was suspended for his role in what's being labeled as one of the worst phone calls of all-time regarding customer service. A gentleman and his wife wanted to cancel their service and the representative would not proceed to do so without getting a valid reason (in the company's eyes) as to why he wanted to leave Comcast.
