"Mauricio brings a unique combination of skills from a rich and diverse business background, having worked in financial services, insurance and HR," said Russ Hagen, CEO of Chestnut Global Partners. "He has a deep understanding of the social, economic and cultural issues that are causing the rise in everything from employee fatigue, to stress to depression in Mexico. "Employees and their families are undergoing a difficult period, as many are dealing with the stress of a challenging economy, tax reform that has forced the elimination of benefits for basics such as transportation and food, plus a spike in violence across the country," said Mauricio.
