San Diego Residents Need "Good Cause" to Conceal & Carry

If you live in San Diego County and want to receive a concealed carry permit, the law states, that you need “Good cause,” in order to have your application approved.

What is that good cause? Well, Edward Peruta, has been asking and challenging this question for over two years.

 for the Ninth Circuit ruled against Peruta saying, “There is no Second Amendment right for members of the general public to carry concealed firearms in public.”

Peruta joined the Mike Slater Show to explain why he’s continuing to fight the Ninth Circuit Court's ruling and why he’s optimistic the decision will be overturned.
