Mayor Kevin Faulconer has had a very busy week as he’s announced more than a thousand jobs coming to the city of San Diego in a deal with Apple. However, he’s also facing some backlash as a new report comes out with homeless people being arrested.
AM 760’s Mark Larson sheds light on that story as well as border security in San Diego, as it pertains to President Trump’s proposed budget, including funds the president is requesting for the wall and enforcing immigration. Larson also talks to the mayor about more regulations with electric scooters that are accumulating in downtown and other heavily-populated areas.
Nonprofit, business and government leaders came together today to share ideas and discuss how we can all work together to create lasting solutions to homelessness. The only way we will make real progress is by working together. pic.twitter.com/wlMZwOk5tX— Kevin Faulconer (@Kevin_Faulconer) March 7, 2019
