You might remember Kenneth Starr as the former US Solicitor General and independent counsel, but, more importantly, for the Whitewater and Lewinsky affairs' prosecutor whose probe led to the impeachment of President Bill Clinton. He has now authored a new book, “Contempt: A Memoir of the Clinton Investigation.” after 19 years of silence on the former first family and their “legacy of contempt.”
