Michael Cohen, the former personal and business lawyer for Donald Trump, has pleaded guilty to engaging “in negotiations to build a tower in Moscow for Mr. Trump well into the 2016 presidential campaign, far later than previously known.” However, the question is whether this had anything in relation to Russian collusion and the 2016 election itself.
